Role Expectations:
- Knowledge and practical experience of retail business processes.
- Should have been involved in documenting user requirements and implementing new IT systems in their previous organizations which imparted tangible impact.
- Experience of working in a matrix environment with both internal and 3rd party resources.
- Experience in evaluating software / solutions against the business requirements and judging the optimum fit among them.
- Good understanding of on-going project management techniques is good to have.
- Good data analysis / MIS skills.
- Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in any ERP like SAP ECC 6.0 / S4 Hana, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Nav / Dynamics, Ramco etc.
- Experience in Project and task management tools like Trello, Asana etc.,
- Basic knowledge in third party API integrations between various tools and ERP.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills with internal/external stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Leadership skills is a big advantage.
Role Deliverables:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluate first party/third party resources to achieve those objectives.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.
- Review a variety of processes in operations, purchase, inventory, distribution, sales, marketing, ecommerce and the likes.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams.
- Suggest changes to the senior management. Actively the implementing the approved changes.
- Initiate key user training sessions to ensure successful implementation of new systems, automations or technology processes.
- Monitor the progress of both implemented and being implemented projects in the form of preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.
