Crisil - Manager - Compliance (6-10 yrs)

- 6-8 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance with SEBI Regulated Entity

- Domain Knowledge of Corporate Compliance role - drafting policies at corporate/subsidiary level, implementation, monitoring of Policy requirement

- Well-versed with Insider Trading, Intermediary and other SEBI Regulations

- Preparation of MIS reports, Dashboards, presentations to senior management, board and regulators.

- Handling regulatory inspections and audits

- Managing Key Stakeholders

Qualification - CS/MBA or recognized degree from financial institution (With LLB or Securities law will be value added)
