Associate, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. The role involves supporting the implementation of risk management frameworks, monitoring risk indicators, and assisting in the analysis and reporting of enterprise-wide risks. The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions to enhance risk management practices and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of the enterprise risk management framework and supporting policies.
• Support the identification, documentation, and assessment of risks across various business units.
• Monitor and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), escalating significant trends or emerging risks to senior team members.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, summarizing risk findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate on translating regulations into client-specific policies, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Prepare regulatory reports and assist with data standardization efforts for clients.
• Assist in maintaining the risk register, ensuring that risks and mitigation actions are accurately documented and tracked.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and monitoring of risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to audit and regulatory review processes by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Stay updated on regulatory and industry developments relevant to risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related discipline within financial services or a similar industry.
• Basic understanding of risk management tools, frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000), and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear, concise reports.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with GRC Tools such as RSA Archer, Service Now. Etc. will be a plus.
