Manager/ Sr. Manager- Production - Sheetmetal / Fabrication: -

We are seeking for an experienced person with a profound understanding of entire operation Press shop, Sheetmetal and fabrication process and industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing operation, press shop, machine shop, welding, machining process.

Candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of independently managing the above activity for at least 5 years.

Dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, exhibits strong leadership qualities and can effectively lead teams achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and employee development.
• Act as a liaison between senior management and departments.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Strong understanding of press shop, machine shop, welding, machining process. (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in independently responsible.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
