We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the journey from insights to impactful customer experiences. This individual will act as the voice of the customer, innovating and enhancing experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty across the organization.
Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the process of mapping and enhancing the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and pain points, and designing solutions to improve the customer experience.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Marketing, Digital, and IT to develop and implement solutions.
3. Define, monitor, and improve key customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention rates).
4. Innovate and design new customer experiences, leveraging technology to create a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
1. Full time MBA/PGDM from a top-tier business school.
2. 14-21 years of experience in customer management or customer experience, ideally within the consumer goods industry.
3. Proven experience in leading digital customer experience or transformational programs.
4. Strong analytical mindset and experience in using data to drive customer insights.
