Due Diligence:

- Analyze financial statements, business models, and growth potential of gaming-related companies. Perform competitive benchmarking and risk analysis.

Portfolio Management:

- Collaborate with the team to source and structure investment deals, assist in negotiations, and execute transactions.

Industry Expertise:

- Stay updated on gaming industry developments, including new game releases, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.

- Serve as an internal expert and deliver presentations and insights to the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fast-growing companies or start-ups.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Gaming, Technology, or related fields.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

- Foundational knowledge of investments, private equity, venture capital, and finance.
