Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
- Prepare and guarantee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales progress.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to ensure seamless client service.
- Share best practices and knowledge within the team.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
