Job Title : Java Full Stack Engineer

Experience Required : 8 to 13 Years

Location : Goodwill B'yond Building, Near Eon IT Park, Kharadi Pune (onsite).

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and React.js, along with Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend solutions. This role involves working with modern cloud-based architectures, ensuring high-performance applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

You'll need to have :

- Bachelor's degree. 8 years or more of relevant work experience with Java development.

- Hands-on experience with Java Core and Spring and Microservices and React JS.

- Hands-on experience with API and Cloud (Azure or AWS or GCP).

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java Core, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and third-party services.

- Implement Spring Security for authentication, authorization, and data protection.

- Work with Kafka (optional) for event-driven architecture and real-time data processing.

- Optimize backend services for high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Frontend Development (React.js) :

- Build and maintain responsive, dynamic web applications using React.js.

- Develop reusable UI components and state management solutions.

- Optimize frontend performance to ensure seamless user experiences.

Software Architecture & Best Practices :

- Follow clean code principles, SOLID design patterns, and best practices in development.

- Contribute to software design discussions and define technical roadmaps.

- Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure application stability.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UX Designers, DevOps, and QA Engineers) to deliver high-quality applications.

- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize existing codebases.

- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
