Job Opportunity: Swiggy L2 Chat & Instamart Process

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Swiggy L2 Chat & Instamart Process in Indore. This is a blended process role where you will assist with customer queries via chat and provide support for Instamart services.

This is an immediate joining opportunity, so only candidates who can start promptly should apply.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (undergraduate). Original mark sheet will be required at the time of joining.

- Freshers only: No prior work experience is necessary.

- Candidates who have worked in the NAPS program are not eligible.

- Typing Speed: A minimum of 35 WPM is required.

- Communication Skills: Candidates must have good communication skills with a Skill level of 4 and above.

- Availability: The position requires rotational shifts within a 24x7 window for male candidates. No night shifts for female candidates - the last shift will be from 11 AM to 8 PM.

Salary:

- Fresher stipend: 15,000 (in-hand).
