We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in collections to lead

training initiatives, ensuring our staff is equipped with the knowledge and skills required

to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and conduct comprehensive

onboarding, skill enhancement and compliance training for new and existing debt

collection agents.

• Performance Monitoring: Assess the effectiveness of training through feedback,

monitoring KPIs and performance evaluations.

• Continuous Learning Programs: Implement workshops, role-play exercises and other

training initiatives to sharpen communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and senior managers to identify

skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.

• Training Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of training content, schedules

and staff participation.

• Mentorship and Coaching: Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance staff performance

and align them with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Training and Development within the debt

collection or financial services industry.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of collections processes, compliance standards and

customer service best practices.

• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in designing and implementing training programs.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and tailor training accordingly.
• Education: Any Graduate
• Preferred: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training

tools.
