We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in collections to lead
training initiatives, ensuring our staff is equipped with the knowledge and skills required
to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
onboarding, skill enhancement and compliance training for new and existing debt
collection agents.
monitoring KPIs and performance evaluations.
training initiatives to sharpen communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
