- Track Trainer Activities - Training, Joint Field, Sales Work, train trainers for faster conversion
- Persistency and Product mix management at 80%
- Channel Development, Team and Self Development
- Partner acquisition on completion of coding of partner
- MIS and reporting on trainings and activities undertaken and plan for team performance management
- Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
