Credit Manager-Unsecured Business Loan

Role & responsibilities

Monitoring and enforce credit discipline norms for borrower, center, area and visit branches to ensure that proper field operations are followed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Responsible for maintaining quality portfolio by efficient processing of all credit proposals in their area. Ensuring timelines in credit appraisal as per policy of the Bank. Close and effective team coordination.
• Conducting credit evaluation of prospective customers
• Recommend appropriate loan amount and present the loan proposal to the credit committee
• Conduct loan utilization checks and monitoring visits
• Responsible for maintaining quality of the loan portfolio.
• Follow-up with delinquent clients
