Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- New customer on boarding,
- Credit assessment, analysis,
- Order approval as per credit limit and as per SOP's,
- Collection review meeting with sales,
- Payment tracking and knocking off,
- Collection vs commitment and spill over,
- Customer ledger scrutiny/reconciliation,
- Overdue Customer calling for payment/ cheque bounce follow up,
- Maintaining DSO as per industry norms,
- Follow up mail for payment recovery highlighting deviation if supply without credit approval,
- Preparation of monthly MIS,
- Support to legal for documentation,
- PDC/ Sc tracking etc.
