Job Title: Digital Sales Relationship Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to acquire new Demat accounts using digital platforms and lead management systems (LMS), with a focus on following up with provided leads.
• Assist clients in downloading the companys mobile application and support them through the KYC process to ensure a seamless account setup.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, offering top-tier customer service while addressing any questions regarding their Demat accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and uncover potential sales opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Highly goal-oriented with a strong passion for sales.
• Basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, and key financial terms (such as Nifty, Sensex, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently engage clients.
• A polished, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Educational qualification: Graduate.
• Age range: 20 to 28 years.

Working Days & Shifts:

• 6 days of work with rotational weekly offs.
• Fixed shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (9-hour shifts).

Compensation:

• ₹17,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on prior salary and interview performance).
• Additional incentives ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹70,000, depending on performance.
