Role & responsibilities
-Oversee the collection of outstanding payments from clients.
-Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
-Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and escalate overdue payments.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
-Implement and maintain collection strategies to reduce aged receivables.
-Analyze credit risks and recommend actions for credit management.
Prepare and maintain reports on collections status, aging reports, and recovery progress.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding collections.

Company has a good infrastructure and also providing a very good salary PKG. Providing all necessary facilities to the employees. Everything is on time at the company level.
- Salary - Excellent
There is no dislikes on the company level but yes The center head of Mumbai center is doing a politics and harrassing employees who all against of that and puting them on bench or putting them into PIP without giving any prior intimation. He is doing buyers to his GF doing fraud with company. Mis use of the designation and company HR Sandhya goyal is supporting him in all this nonsense activities
