Job Description
- Prepare the Draft work order of Sub Contractors.
- Calculate the quantities of Items with respect to detail drawings.
- Work out the Quantities for Tender Quote.
- Study of contractual Documents, Work Orders & Boq etc. before start of the project.
- Preparation of cost to completion /Budget preparation of projects.
- Preparation of client billing.
- Checking of various subcontractors billing.
- Checking of materials reconciliation.
- Preparation of Non BOQ items, Escalations due to variation of material s rate.
- Tracking of cost to completion vs. Client bill vs. subcontractor bill vs. materials reconciliation.
- Conducting and coordinating the site meetings and ensure that team working environment are kept at site.
- Reporting both to clients and internally the right information at right time.
- Materials reconciliation, controlling on material wastage and project overheads.
