Job Description
- Execute project as per design and drawing.
- Sub contractor management for different type of residential project and industrial project.
- Labor management on site for different task as per schedule.
- Estimation and procurement of material as per requirement on site.
- Billing of sub contractors and vendors as per work has executed on site.
- Quality check and quality control of project with completion of task within time limit.
- Co-ordination between Client, PMC and Consultant.
- Before start the work to read Tender thoroughly and understand the scope of work and Non Tender Item. To finalize the Contractor with work-order.
- Daily Report of work done and material inward asking to our colleague and make it summary and send H.O
- Once in a week.
- Labour bill, client and material inward bill checking and reconcile with RA bill.
- Daily 15 minute taking meeting with our colleague for tomorrow planning.
- Executive of work on ground with detail of quantity, quality and related with Bar-Chart.
- The last one is to complete the project before or on Time line with and Hand over.
