Job Description
- Ensure execution of work as per direction given by Seniors and report if timelines are not being met.
- Ensure that quality of work is as per direction of Engineer/Sr. Engineer.
- Coordinate with seniors on a daily basis to take daily tasks and inform previous progress.
- Ensure that consumption of material required for various activities is as per standard specifications.
- Ensure wastage of material is minimal.
- Ensure curing is done as per requirement, and maintain of curing record.
- Ensure safety norms are being followed in coordination with safety Engineer.
- Keep a record & LOG of department labour and machinery and make the same available on site whenever required.
- To submit daily report of work activities and labour status to Concern Engineer.
- Ensure general and standard quality norms of the construction industry are being followed at site.
- Coordinate with safety officer to ensure implementation of safety activities and prevent any fatal accidents. Identify and eliminate unsafe working conditions.
- To coordinate for creating and maintaining overall hygienic atmosphere on construction site, labour camp etc.
- Reporting to Senior on all work allotted on a daily basis.
- Follow management s code of conduct defined and updated from time to time and highlights non compliance by any employee across functions.
- Proper house keeping during the course of work and at the END of the DAY.
