Job Description
- Acknowledging challans of all constructions materials delivering at sites.
- Unloading of materials.
- Preparation of GRN against material receipt/challan.
- Issue Receipt of materials as per requisition on site to workers.
- Filling , stamping of challan.
- Entry of material receipt and issue in any software inventory.
- Maintain Manual registers.
- Delivering indents to purchase getting acknowledgment.
- After purchase order follow up with suppliers, till such time all the quantities are delivered.
- Coordination with site supervisor for fixing suitable locations for unloading materials as per work requirement.
- Regularly update seniors about status of material and take advice on further process.
- Checking Seal of Cement godown , steel yard and other stores at different locations at the start and end of the day.
- Reporting to Superior/HOD on required basis.
