Ola Electric is seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager - Marketing to oversee brand management and marketing initiatives for specific verticals or programs. This role will involve crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies to drive program visibility, enrollment, and brand strength. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans (digital, content, PR, events, partnerships) to drive growth and visibility.

- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.

- Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and creative teams to enhance program offerings, positioning, and promotional strategies.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging key metrics to optimize future efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier business school.

Experience: 4+ years in brand management and marketing, with a focus on driving growth and program visibility.
