Admissions Outreach Officer | Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement outreach plans to attract and engage potential students for various programs.
• Identify and establish relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to promote CTPLs offerings.

• Event Management:
• Organize and participate in career fairs, seminars, and workshops to showcase CTPL programs.
• Coordinate on-campus events, open houses, and webinars for prospective students and their families.

• Lead Generation & Conversion:
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective students through outreach efforts, inquiries, and referrals.
• Guide applicants through the admission process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

• Relationship Building:
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, career counselors, and alumni networks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions in the assigned region.

• Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain records of outreach activities and admissions data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve outreach strategies based on analytics.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Education, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in admissions, outreach, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage events and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for outreach programs and events.
