CTPL - Career Counselor - Sales (0-3 yrs)

Job Description:

1. Counseling parents and students about various career options available in universities.

2. Making outbound and cold calls, as well as handling admission inquiries.

3. Maintaining conversation records on provided CRM.

4. Develop innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.

5. Managing the end-to-end admission process and facilitating enrollment.

6. Resolving queries of students and parents related to courses and the admission process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in admission counseling/Customer Service/Sales.

2. Freshers are also welcomed.

3. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

6. Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.

7. Proficiency in English and Hindi.
