Manager Admissions & Marketing

The Manager Admissions & Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the institutions admissions strategy and marketing initiatives. This role involves promoting the school, managing the admissions process, and ensuring enrollment targets are met while upholding the institutions values and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to attract and enroll prospective students.
• Manage the entire admissions process, including inquiries, applications, interviews, and enrollment.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the institutions programs and brand, both online and offline.
• Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and outreach programs to engage with prospective students and parents.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adjust admissions and marketing plans accordingly.
• Maintain and update the admissions database and provide regular reports on enrollment status and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or related roles in an academic setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and admissions management software.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
