Sales Closer and Outreach Specialist - US Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging to generate leads.
• Utilize tools such as Seamless.ai, Instantly.ai, and Smartlead to identify, nurture, and convert leads into paying clients.
• Present and communicate SurgeStreams' IT consultancy services and value propositions confidently.
• Follow up on warm and cold leads, overcome objections, and drive sales through professional negotiation and persuasion.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales performance in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach and sales strategies, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
• Continuously optimize outreach scripts and strategies to improve lead conversion rates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven record of closing deals.
• Proficient in using sales and outreach tools like Seamless.ai, Instantly.ai, and Smartlead.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with IT services or consultancy sales is a plus.
