Getting in touch with clients for service feedback over calls & emails.
Gathering requirements and documenting the same for the TechTeam
Creating Service Level Documents for client sign-off
Generic Functional Testing of workflow/features to be delivered to the Client
Handling client escalation & ensuring the closure within TAT's in WhatsApp, Calls, and Emails.
Coordinating with internal and external teams for client escalation/termination/communication/updates etc.
Demonstration and provide training to client and Business team
Must Haves:
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills
Strong presentation skills
Good verbal and written communication.
Strong Digital Aptitude - Use of Collaborative tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, MS Excel, MS Doc, PPT,
Research aptitude to find relevant data over the internet
