Job Opportunity: Customer relationship manager and sales head ( Full time on site ) with Sales Skills for Language Courses

Are you a confident, friendly communicator with a passion for languages? Were looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an outreach assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer calls professionally and courteously

- ⁠develop and execute new marketing strategies

- Provide information about our range of language courses

- Inform Clientele about our courses

- Manage follow-up calls and inquiries

- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales progress

- ⁠Managing our Social profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc) like regular posting, engaging posts.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable with sales and enthusiastic about promoting language learning

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a bonus)
