Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team

This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, client relationship building, and driving business growth

Key Responsibilities



Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead-generation tools.

Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their requirements and introduce company services/products.

Generate leads, set up meetings, and manage follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Prepare reports and presentations on lead generation activities and progress.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong research and analytical skills to identify target markets and leads.

Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and lead generation tools.

Basic understanding of sales processes and business development strategies.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.

Time management and ability to multitask efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.

Prior internship experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
