Key Responsibilities



Develop, maintain, and optimize custom WordPress themes and plugins.

Ensure WordPress websites are secure, scalable, and performant.

Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.

Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.

Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers.

Conduct website performance monitoring and optimization (loading speed, SEO).

Implement custom database structures and handle large datasets.

Ensure the websites comply with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices.

Skills And Qualifications

Experience:Minimum 3+ years in back-end WordPress development.

Proficiency

Strong PHP and MySQL expertise.

Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development.

Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Tools & Technologies

Git version control and CI/CD workflows.

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.

Knowledge of modern frameworks like React/Node.js is a plus.

Strong understanding of website security practices.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
