Job Description
To hire, train and build a team of highly motivated professionals to manage your own P&L in CRE Transactions (lease & sale) for offices and high streets
Your Responsibilities Will Include - Oversee entire CRE transaction business and growth for entire city. Collaborate with professionals at all levels to achieve objectives
- Create plans to grow the business and expand the firms presence in the city
- Meet with occupiers, retailers and landlords to discuss space requirements and ensure transactions closures.
- Generate leads using various mediums
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Prepare, negotiate, and track financial and legal items of lease-sale agreements along with conducting due diligence items
- Keep an eye on market and financial developments to improve response capability
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong understanding of real estate, Proptech
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with PPT, Excel and sales tracking tools is a plus.
