Who We're Looking For:
- A strategic and results-driven Director of GTM and Pre-Sales Engineering to lead go-to-market and pre-sales efforts for our AI-driven products.
- This role will define and execute GTM strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Role Overview:
- Join our global team to position Crayon Data as the leading AI solutions provider, working with the founders to shape the Crayon brand and maya.ai platform story.
- You'll drive GTM and pre-sales efforts, with a strong emphasis on GenAI and Data Science.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy and Execution:Craft and execute GTM strategies focused on growth in SaaS, Fintech, and AI sectors, with a keen eye on GenAI and Data Science opportunities.
- Market Analysis and Positioning:Analyze the market to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitor insights, positioning us effectively in AI, Fintech, and SaaS.
- Pre-Sales Engineering Leadership:Lead pre-sales engineering to develop technical solutions and demonstrations aligned with client needs, showcasing our AI and GenAI capabilities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions across the customer journey.
- Revenue and Sales Enablement:Drive pricing and positioning strategies to maximize profitability.
- Empower Sales with tools, training, and support for successful pitching and closing.
- Product Launch and Customer LifecycleP:lan product launches with Product and Marketing.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies using GenAI-driven solutions.
- Analytics and Reporting:Track and refine GTM and pre-sales metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years in GTM or pre-sales leadership; 5+ years in SaaS, Fintech, or AI-driven sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of GenAI and Data Science solutions, with hands-on experience in pre-sales engineering.
- Analytical and Leadership Skills: Data-driven decision-making and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Communication and Adaptability: Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas simply, with - adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of SaaS, Fintech, AI, and Data Science trends and regulations.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate market shifts and innovate solutions.
Client Relationship: Experience fostering client and partner relationships for channel growth.
