What you will do:

• Responsible for high quality delivery in adherence with the adaptation delivery model.
• Estimate effort and timeline properly for the requirement you are going to develop
• Understand the requirement clearly and raise any issues, risks, dependencies in the early phase of development.
• Adhere to the timeline estimated and deliver the high quality code.
• Strictly follow the defined coding and security standards in every delivery of the code.
• Make sure unit testing and code coverage are maintained for every delivery of the code.
• Responsible to get the 2 levels of code review complete (peer, lead) and merge the code.
• Exhibit good analytical, troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Understand clearly on the Agile process delivery and utilize JIRA for tracking your progress as the defined WOW.
• Follow agile practices and participate in daily standup
• Provide support to test team for demo after every sprint
• Identify reusability and implement during coding.
• Work closely and collaboratively with peer developers, architects, testers and leads.
• Explore N365 and make use of reusable assets for implementation
• Contribute towards knowledge sharing and support teams during entire SDLC.

The skills you bring:

• Strong technical experience in development of Angular 8, RxJS, micro-service, Bootstrap, Jasmine and cloud-based architecture related projects/programs.
• Developing high quality code and deliverables with ZERO defect leakage.
• Source Code Management using git, gitlab.
• Identify reusable assets and focus on future savings through automation.
• Well versed in a latest software development tools, methodologies, and techniques.
• Willingness to learn new technologies as per the market.
• Coach or guide the new joiners or junior developers in the team on all required technical aspects.
• Ability to dive deep and come up with root cause to any technical issues raises in the project/program.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills to convey the concepts to diverse set of technical resources.
• Ability to quickly understand context and apply big picture thinking to achieve tangible results.
• Must be ready to play an individual contributor as well as leading/guiding the team technically

Required Experience

• BE/BTech in Computer Science or a strongly associated discipline
• 4 to 6 years of strong hands-on technical experience in development, of micro-service and cloud-based architecture projects.
