Job Description
- Design, develop engineer routing software features on mobile backhaul router product.
- Ensuring product development engineering execution - Ensuring flawless design/development, unit testing, high level reviews of the deliverables etc.
- Cultivate contribute in a productive, challenging, independent and fun working environment.
- Learn and replicate the Ericsson RD corporate culture and processes.
- Participate and collaborate for the issue resolution process, including working with R6K colleagues for the best overall solution.
- Constantly seek ways to improve the overall self productivity and quality of the deliverables.
- Continuous improvement on efficiency, quality and reducing waste
- Participate and aspire to be a role model in innovation and IPR in area of responsibility

- Responsible for upholding Ericsson s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- A proven track record of delivering carrier-class, large scale embedded networking software products on time with quality.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in software product development.
- Experience of L2/L3 Protocols, Routing, expertise in any of the unicast protocols BGP, ISIS, OSPF, EVPN, ARP/ND, RIB, BFD etc
- Experience with all phases of agile software lifecycle management
- Prior experience within IP networking or routing software development is a must.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to new processes, ideas, and concepts.
- Self-directed/self-motivated.
- Knowledge and expertise in software engineering methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical team
