Job Description
Connect and aligned with Ericssons strategy and improve user experience.
Translate Customer demand into solutions.
Solution deployment in the test and production environment.
Provide recommendations on solution improvements and functionality enhancements.
Produce and review technical designs and combine to provide, project documents, technical documents, handover, and route cause analysis reports.
Participate or drive new initiatives and proof of concepts relating to the Contact Centre Ecosystem. under the Contact Center portfolio.
Provide day-to-day operational support, identifying issues and performing corrective actions where applicable.
Capacity planning and reporting.
Attend project and product meetings when required.
Provide progress and updates to the CC delivery team and management when requested.

The skills you bring:
It is essential that success as the solutions architect should process a deep working knowledge of the technologies, practical experience with a proven track record with deploying solutions and trouble shooting in the following areas.
Solution design, and configuration and MICC of the Mitel MICC-Enterprise
Detailed Working knowledge of OAS (server)/TAS -E
SIP protocol and MICC-E agent. Advance Script Manager design knowledge
Knowledge MICC -E license and offerings. Understanding of tenanting on MICC MX One
MX One to systems administrator level, MX One routing and signaling.
Ability to configure, generate and to interpret MICC Reporting
Call tracing and CDR knowledge along with troubleshooting and log management capabilities.
MS SQL , Deep knowledge of RDBMS (Relational data base management system), OBDC
Complex query writing, query optimization and troubleshooting.
Experience with backing up and restoring systems. IP/SIP protocols. Knowledge of IP networking
REST API design principles. TLS, Certificates, and encryption .Working experience with Cloud Cognitive services such as Google and Amazon.
Integration with Voice Recording solutions
Proven track record of work cross-functionally to understand and then translate business requirements into a technical solution.
