Sr.Engineer / Engineer PPC

Role & responsibilities :

• To take ownership of all aspects of the sheet metal manufacturing planning as per monthly dispatch plan & Integration throughout its entire cycle.
• To provide resource support / inputs and direction to supervisors & technicians.
• Maintain & Update the Daily / Monthly Production Planning sheet.
• Creating Production Schedules as per dispatch plans
• Job cards creation and communication with other concern departments.
• Daily follow up for materials in order to ensure smooth production of sheet metal guardings.
• Reconfiguration and Dispatch Management: -
• Co-coordinating with production / quality / assembly / logistics in order to achieve target
• Attaining Daily / weekly production Gemba meetings.
• Discussing interdepartmental on shortages and resources required to production.
• Inventory reports: Preparation of monthly/weekly report, which gives the inventory situation.
• Communicating delaying dates or changes required in dates to internal customers.
