Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. To ensure that the production on-time delivery schedule should meet the target without compromising the quality of products.

2. Controlled & maintained minimum raw material stock.

3. To maintain sufficient raw material for the current & pending orders through respective dept coordination.

4. Make ensure to advise the delivery schedule within 48 hours after receipt of the Sales order.

5. To follow up on our Purchase regularly to get the material in time without compromising on quality.

6. To plan & control the manpower in the Materials preparation team.

7. Coordinate with the production team for continuous process improvements.

8. Make ensure to maintain all production documents, especially ISO.

9. To submit all production reports on daily, weekly &monthly Basis.

10. To control material usage variance as per management Objectives.

11. WIP Materials aging should be less than 15 days only.

12. To Ensure to achieve fixed Inventory level by Management and Monitoring the WIP and Slow-moving RM.

13. Issue the PR for RM-based SO within 48 hours.

14. To carry out any other duties as directed by the company management

16. Generating Invoice in SAP

17. Production order closing in SAP

18. Product Quality control management
