Job Description: HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience to handle key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and background verification (BGV) coordination. The role focuses on ensuring a positive employee experience and contributing to a vibrant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely closure of vacancies.
• Onboarding & Induction: Oversee smooth onboarding, document collection, orientation, and conducting induction programs for new hires.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.
• Background Verification: Coordinate timely and accurate BGV processes for candidates.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, address HR queries, and support daily HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners residing near Jigani/Bommasandra or willing to relocate.
• MBA-HR/MSW graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
