Title: Sales & Marketing Intern

Duration: 6 months paid internship

Location: We are hiring for 100 locations across India (Onsite)

Stipend: Rs. 18,000/month fixed + up to 5000 (Variable PLI)

This internship is only for the final year students.

Responsibilities:

• Product awareness to retailers dealing in films/ glass/ windows/ car detailing shops/ other related building materials
• Developing leads for network expansion
• Lead qualification (hot/ warm/ cold) & follow-up
• Create awareness among the interior designers/ builders/ small architects
• Installer training & on-boarding
• Market campaigns to connect with end client

Expected Learning:

• Solution selling approach vis-à-vis product selling
• Retail market activation
• Working with educated influencers like interior designers & architects
• Channel partner handling
• Collaboration

Preferred Candidates:

• B. Tech in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering / MBA with B. Tech (Final Year Students only)
