SAP Consultant - PP & S/4 HANA Modules (10-20 yrs)

Job Description :

We seek an SAP professional who can analyze technical/functional needs, collaborate with customers to define project scopes and execution plans.

- Experience with multiple concurrent customers is advantageous.

- Strong functional and SAP experience in Discrete, Repetitive and KANBAN process.

- End to end SAP, SAP S4 HANA implementation experience with at least 3-4 full life cycle implementation projects in above industries.

- S/4HANA MFG/QM knowledge is must. S/4 certification would added advantage.

- Must have Customer facing experience and handle the team.

- Excellent leadership with experience to manage team.

- Well versed in configuration/customization

- Must possess good understanding of integration knowledge.

- Problem solving and analytical thinking.

- Strong knowledge of MRP, Scheduling and shop floor control

- Strong ability to design efficient solutions based upon business requirements related to Materials / Purchasing in a most cost effective manner.

- Strong knowledge & hands on experience in developing various mass upload tools - LSMWs, BDCs, Programs for master data migration, Data cut-over etc.

- Analyse processes, make recommendations for changes to support improvements and translate them into SAP solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Skills Required :

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- SAP Certification in PP/QM Modules.

- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and influence others that impact success.

- Experience creating and delivering presentations on project-related work to team members, management, and customers.

- Flexibility to adjust regular business hours to the needs of global customers.

- Strong technical and customer-facing experience.
