Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce - Tech Implementation Consultant with 7+ years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions, from planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for driving successful Salesforce implementations that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Planning and Analysis :

- Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and requirements.

- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements Gathering and Design :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.

- Design the Salesforce architecture, including data models, security models, and integrations.

- Configure Salesforce to meet the defined business requirements.

Data Migration :

- Assess and cleanse existing data for migration.

- Map data fields from legacy systems to Salesforce.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into Salesforce.

Customization and Configuration :

- Customize Salesforce settings, including objects, fields, workflows, and reports.

- Implement custom business logic using Apex code, Process Builder, and other Salesforce tools.

- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems as required.

Training and Change Management :

- Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions.

- Communicate the benefits and impact of Salesforce to end-users.

- Manage change and address user concerns throughout the implementation process.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute a testing strategy, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Validate that the Salesforce solution meets the defined business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues discovered during testing.

Deployment and Go-Live :

- Plan and execute the deployment strategy, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Migrate data and configurations to the production environment.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain final sign-off for go-live.

Post-Implementation Support :

- Provide ongoing post-go-live support to end-users and resolve any issues.

- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.

- Perform periodic system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications :

- Any graduation with a strong understanding of CRM implementation and Salesforce.

- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations, including planning, configuration, customization, and support.

- Strong technical skills with expertise in Salesforce configurations, Apex code, and process automation tools.

- Experience with data migration and integration in a Salesforce environment.

- Knowledge of change management and user training best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
