Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate the resources for our technical projects. As a TPM, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, meet high standards of quality, and align with client expectations. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage teams, and take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with both technical and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Management : Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technical projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

- Technical Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular frameworks. Expertise in managing projects involving AWS cloud technologies (mandatory).

- Client & Vendor Management : Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, managing expectations and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Agile Methodology : Implement Agile principles and methodologies, with end-to-end delivery. Preferably hold certifications related to Agile or Scrum.

- Team Leadership : Mentor, motivate, and guide teams to deliver high-quality projects. Build and sustain a high-performance team culture.

- Presales & SOWs : Support presales activities and assist in the preparation of SOWs (Statements of Work).

- ISO & CMMI Audits : Experience with ISO and CMMI audits.

- Lifecycle Control : Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all project activities align with the business objectives.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation and alignment with client requirements.

- Continuous Improvement : Introduce best practices, KPIs, and metrics, as well as tools and processes that drive efficient project delivery.

- Backlog Management : Prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner to ensure smooth project execution.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions, with strict adherence to timelines and client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience : Minimum 9+ years of total experience, with at least 2+ years as a Technical Project Manager (TPM).

- Technical Skills : Hands-on expertise with Node.js, Angular, and AWS cloud technologies.

- Methodologies : Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Client Management : Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.

- Certifications : Agile or Scrum certifications are highly preferred.
