Technical Project Manager - Node.js/AngularJS (10-12 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Cloud Technologies, specifically AWS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding project objectives. You will lead and motivate high-performing teams, manage project budgets and timelines, and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

- Track project progress, identify and resolve issues proactively, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Client & Stakeholder Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.

- Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.

Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing project teams.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear guidance to team members.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong experience with Node.js and Angular.

- In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and best practices.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and relevant certifications preferred.

Process Improvement :

- Implement best practices, KPIs, and metrics to drive efficient delivery.

- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Pre-Sales Support :

- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and contributing to SOW preparation.

Quality Assurance :

- Ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct regular reviews and quality checks.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

- Strong experience with Node.js and Angular.

- In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects within budget and on schedule.

- Strong client interfacing and communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and relevant certifications preferred.

- Familiarity with ISO and CMMI audits (preferred).
