Role & responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain management information systems (MIS) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decision-making.
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and present findings to senior management.
- Performance Tracking: Manage and monitor multiple reports across Sales, Delivery and LMS, important for driving business growth. Develop KPIs and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to support business intelligence and strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development and implementation of corporate strategies that align with the companys long-term goals and objectives across functions. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive strategic initiatives.
- Communicate the companys strategic vision and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders & employee, as per requirement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve MIS and strategy capabilities.
