Associate / Deputy Manager - Corporate Relations

Position: Associate/ Deputy Manager* Corporate Relations

Job Description:

1. Build and nurture relationships with corporates; understand their hiring requirements and expectations from the students.
2. Plan and drive campus placement activities with a high rate of conversions starting from training and making them industry ready to final placements of the students.
3. Generate employment opportunities for students & alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.
4. Liaison with the team and support for successful placements campaigns, industry connect, and other related activities.
5. Counsel, prepare & enhance the hiring potential of students, new graduates, and alumni into the job market.
6. Understand students aspirations and assist them in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job referrals.
7. Coordinate with faculty members with regards to mentoring and preparing the students for employment.

Required Qualification and Skills:

1. Postgraduation in Management
2. 7-12 years of experience in the relevant field.
3. Prior experience of Corporate Relations within the University / Higher Education Institution.
4. Must have handled the placements for MBA and B. Tech. Students.
5. Clear understanding of students placement domain
6. Excellent communication skills & well versed with MS-Office.
7. Flair of research and learn new things
8. Should be ready to Travel.
9. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
