Training And Placement Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive placement

strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.  

• Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and industry partners to  

facilitate job placements for students or employees.  

• Oversee training and development programs designed to enhance the employability  

of students or employees, including resume building, interview skills, and career  

counseling.  

• Manage the end-to-end placement process, including scheduling interviews,  

coordinating job fairs, and organizing recruitment drives.  

• Work closely with academic departments, career services teams, and faculty  

members to align placement efforts with educational objectives.  

• Provide guidance and mentorship to students/employees throughout the placement

process, offering support and advice.
