Areas of Responsibility:
- Developing and managing strong relationships with key decision makers in the accounts - B2B (Schools, Colleges, Universities)
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each institution and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for schools and colleges, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business with existing accounts and acquire new accounts, including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Negotiation and contracting with clients, including thorough documentation
- Prepare regular reports and updates on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Program Delivery:
- Supports Project team in on-campus and online program delivery.
- Coordinates with project team on schedules.
- Ensures high CSAT score along with project team.
Revenue Goal: Individual KRAs, established on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
