Senior IT Technical Delivery Lead

• Demonstrate proficiency in leading end-to-end SAP technology solution delivery for all projects at a program level.
• Be accountable for effectively managing global template enhancement and technology improvement requests.
• Take charge and manage the technical solution delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, scope, and objectives.
• Provide mentorship and support to a team of SAP professionals, including Master Data Experts, Solution Architects, Configuration Analysts, Security experts, and Integration specialists, throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Thoroughly assess project requirements and efficiently estimate IT costs for the ERP transformation program.
• Ensure resources are allocated appropriately to meet project deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders (Global Operations Transformation, Global Supply Chain, and Corning Shared Services), and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure the success of each project.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality industry standards and best practices in SAP project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets and financials closely, making necessary adjustments to stay within budgetary constraints.
• Skillfully facilitate change management processes to ensure the seamless adoption of SAP solutions within the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize SAP processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Engage with SAP vendors and partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.

Requirements :

• Possession of SAP Certification(s) is mandatory.
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of relevant SAP technology deployment experience in Lifesciences, Pharmaceutical, or Automotive manufacturing industries.
• Proven track record as a SAP Delivery Lead or in a comparable role for ERP transformation programs.
• Demonstrated consistent success in delivering SAP projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Demonstrated expertise and extensive experience in configuring, solutioning, and designing SAP modules, including OTC, LES, RTP, PTP, EDI, BTP and GTS.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Business Suite, or other relevant platforms.
