Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the team supporting DSV s external Integration Landscape, applications including.
o Sterling B2B Integrator and Lightwell/Eliassen Framework
o IBM APIC
o Sterling Secure Proxy & Authentication Server
o IBM MQ
Manage technical and non-technical areas for the team based (APAC, India).
Hire, train, and run the team on day-to-day basis.
Manage the shift roosters and work assignments.
Manage SLA s and KPI set by DSV s global IT.
Participate in strategizing future roadmap for respective area.
Contribute to automation and optimization of current process.
Manage escalations.
Help team in technical and personal developments.

You should have:
Most important:
Strong leadership skills.
Experience in leading a team for at least a year.
Reporting skills including excel and presentations.
Jira & Confluence expertise

Fairly important
Experience in EDI area.
Technical knowledge on any middleware tools.

Bonus Points
Knowledge of Sterling Integrator.
Jira & Confluence expertise

Required Experience:
8 years of IT experience, with minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
