JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Role : HR Manager
Experience: 4+ Years
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our firm.
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment,and supporting the overall growth and success of our team.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure timely staffing.
Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work culture.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction and address any issues.
Performance Management & R&R:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and recognizing high performers and planning and managing rewards and recognitions.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities and career growth initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations affecting the gaming industry.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through various engagement strategies.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention strategies.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to improve HR processes.
- Health and Safety:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Implement health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.
- Sound knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) implementation and management.
- Familiarity with global HR practices and international labor laws.
- Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of its unique HR challenges.
