Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create Brand Awareness - Represent Corizo and its programs in colleges & universities, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Build Strong Relationships - Develop and nurture long-term collaborations with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and key decision-makers in institutions.
- MOUs & Agreements - Coordinate with TPOs, negotiate terms, and sign Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to roll out Corizo's programs in colleges.
- Strategic Business Development - Develop and execute institutional sales strategies to onboard colleges, ensuring seamless program implementation and achieving growth targets.
- Event & Workshop Coordination - Plan and execute on-campus events, webinars, and workshops, engaging students and faculty to drive program participation.
- Market Analysis & Insights - Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outreach.
Skills Preferred :
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills - Who can pitch, persuade, and close deals confidently.
- B2B Sales Experience in EdTech (Mandatory!) - Prior experience working in EdTech corporate relations, B2B partnerships, or institutional sales is essential.
- Relationship-Building Mindset - Ability to connect with key stakeholders, understand their needs, and build long- term partnerships.
- Proactive & Self-Driven - A go-getter who takes initiative and works independently to achieve targets.
- Willingness to Travel - Open to visiting colleges, universities, and institutions to establish and maintain
