Tax Analyst - CA (2-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and obtain Tax Residency certificates for countries where required to avail treaty benefits.

- Review the related party transactions, tax notes and Financial Statements prior to finalizing accounts.

- Assist with compliance on all tax matters including review and timely filing of CIT returns, Transfer pricing disclosure forms, tax audit enquiries, Local files inter-alia including liaising with finance team and tax advisers.

- Prepare/review the Current and Deferred tax calculations.

- Assist with compliance on Country by Country Reporting matters, including managing the timely filing of Country-by-Country notifications.

- Assist with Economic Substance Reporting (ESR) and manage the filing of ESR notifications.

- Assist with FATCA and CSR reporting.

- Maintain status reports for all tax compliance requirements globally.

- Assist in any other tax projects, as assigned.

Ideal candidate :

- CA with minimum 2 years plus post qualification experience in tax accounting & consultancy, preferably with one of the Big 4 firms

- International tax exposure and experience in corporate tax compliance as well as able to read, understand and review legal tenders/ documents

- Good communication skills
